Al Roker has disclosed he was recently admitted to hospital and is receiving treatment for bloodclots.
The “Today weatherman was absent for two weeks. He talked about his condition on Insta.
He wrote, “Last week, I was admitted to hospital with a blood-clot in my leg that sent some clots to my lungs.” He added, “After some medical whacka-mole I am so lucky to be receiving fantastic medical care and on my way to recovery.”
Roker concluded by saying, “Thanks so much for all your well wishes and prayers. We look forward to seeing you soon.” Have a great weekend, everyone.”
Dylan Dreyer has taken Roker’s place, along with Savannah Guthrie and Craig Melvin, as well as Carson Daly, Carson Daly, Carson Daly, and Hoda Kotb. They all wished Roker well.
Guthrie stated, “He’s in great spirits, we’ve all spoken to him,”
Guthrie said that although it was hard for Al to slow down, he is on the mend. Al, we miss you. We miss you.”
